Situated within an atmospheric 19th century wine store, the Isaacs Hostel offers affordable accommodation in the heart of Dublin. With free WiFi, the award-winning hostel is just 200 metres from Connolly Station and 100 metres from the central bus station. It is also the only hostel in Dublin with a sauna.

Rooms have shared bathrooms facilities. Hairdryers, hair straighteners, ironing equipment, and laundry facilities are available. In the mornings, Isaacs Hostel offers a complimentary simple breakfast.

The hostel has a communal kitchen, where guests can prepare their own meals. Free tea and coffee is available all day. There is a basement TV lounge with seating, a pool table, table football, and table tennis.

Children under 17 years cannot sleep in dormitory rooms shared with other guests. Families travelling with children under the age of 17 are required to book private rooms. The property only accepts bookings from guests aged 17 years onward. Bookings cannot be accepted from anyone under 17 years of age, and guests will be refused check-in.

Guests travelling in pairs/groups and are wishing to be in the same dorm room are required to request this prior to arrival with the property directly. The property suggests booking private rooms or whole dorms if guests want to ensure staying together. Subject to availability.

During busy periods, the accommodation may ask you to move rooms (to a room of the same type, or an upgrade). It is possible that members of your group may not be allocated the same room. Please note that maximum length of stay is 14 nights. This applies cumulatively to separate bookings in a 6 month period.

What was the highlight of Isaacs Hostel
Pretty much everything was excellent. The staff were polite, friendly, fun and helpful. The look of the place is great with a great atmosphere. The other customers were very trustworthy and friendly too. I visited with four other friends and we loved how easy it was to meet new people, which would be super useful for solo travellers. The facilities and the rooms were exceptional, especially when considering the price I paid to stay. It was in a great location too; a decent distance from the airport and walking distance to the whole of the city (although some may wish to get a taxi to the Guinness tour which is on the other side of the city). I cannot fault Isaac's Hostel and I would absolutely stay again.

Location was very good.
Location was very good. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff were great. It was very clean for a hostel.
Wifi in the room was very spotty. I've never been to a hostel where I had to pay for a locker. Paying for a padlock - sure, but not to use the locker. And the locker room was located far from my room so if I needed anything from my backpack that was inconvenient. I ended up not using this option. I just took my valuables with me and left clothes, shoes, bag in the room.
